it isn't, but I like to refer it as "Southwestern Food". One thing is Mexican food, which is awesome, and those burritos are a fucking different thing and I love them too.

FLOUNDERMAN_CLOCK

they're called tuliobertos or some shit now but they win.

TequilaClock

like

this is Mexican Food.

this is "Southwestern Food"

two different and delicious things

PEANUTBUTTERCLOCK

I like that qdoba has queso but ill eat at either one. I used to work at qdoba for 2 years too it was alright.

MAYBE this weekend but that depends on whether or not my classes don't put my another big fucking project due monday AGAIN like the past weeks.

patriotclock

Both are really good. Qdoba has queso and mexican gumbo which is fucking delicious so I give it the edge, but imo the corn and other ingredients at Chipotle seem fresher.

buttplug

Chipotle is overpriced there are places where I live that have more variety and the same quality for less.

the chipotles around here all have signs and information about how they use only organic, locally grown ingredients
and they had a poster up for Food Inc and everything

idk about the rest of the country tho because California is uncommonly douchey as I understand it

nah i think thats their gimmick its like that in philly and state college as well

PhantomCatClock

We don't have either of those restaurants in my town, but we do have dirty taquerias run my illegals with the most delicious comedas. Come to California, eat lengua tacos, catch valley fever.

AbsintheClock

I like chipotle. It's right across the street from me. The soft corn tacos are the best with mild and hot salsa. I also really like the marinade they use for their chicken.

TequilaClock

Ok so I just had a Filiberto's veggie and it was pretty good. Closer to authentic Mexican.

FLOUNDERMAN_CLOCK

I like the patron burrito from filiberto's a lot but I get it without pico de gallo.

There is a severe lack of Moe's in this thread. They're like a Chipotle, minus the pompous attitude and they use more meat less filler. SO GOOD.

Definitely. Also all those salsas.
