This is an unbelievably dumb and ignorant post. You should be embarrassed having made it. Are you aware of an attack last year in Norway that claimed the lives of 77? The children weren't as young in that scenario (the youngest was 14), but the idea that shooting and terrorist attacks are purely an American phenomenon is baseless and ignorant at best.

And after a bunch of children get murdered your reaction is to post a video of the theme song from Team America World Police and not offer condolences or sympathy of any sort?

Though the one in Connecticut is worse, this wasn't the only attack on an elementary school today. A man in China slashed 22 kids and one adult with a knife.

It's horrible indeed that either of these attacks took place, and startling that they happened on the exact same day.

as much as I enjoy the jokes that follow shocking events such as this, even I in good conscious can't joke about this.

All I'm gonna say is this is fucked up. Whats worse is that this phenomenon of public shooting only seems to be becoming more and more prevalent every year. Maybe I'm wrong but it's something that I noticed.

Even just playing out a scenario where someone would do this in my head turns my stomach, the fact that these kids were this young.. God damn.

anyway, apparently Fox news accidentally said the shooters brother was the shooter (gave the wrong name) and now the brother is getting harrassed on his facebook. Better yet, the brother had Mass Effect on his list of "favorite" things, so now the mass effect page is getting attacked by angry soccer moms who apparently think that ME is to blame for the shootings.

Yes, America. Lets not blame the horrible gun laws that allow an random asshole to have a rifle. Lets blame the mass effect.

Also, I didn't know this before today but apparently kindergarten attacks are pretty common in china.

I'm sorry that the slaughter of 20 five year olds doesn't justify a certain challenge of the status quo on how we conduct ourselves. What if it were one of our own.. or our child or our sibling? Just shocked at the insensitivity.
