I used to have that issue with this site. Couldn't visit it for a year or so. Somehow when the site changed its IP or host or whatever the problem went away.

He's PMed me on Newgrounds about it too. He's finding it hard to believe that he's not banned. I told him exactly what you told him and also about topcatyo's problem and how that just went away. In the mean time, I've told him that he should probably just try a different device. This library PC seems to connect to this site better than my phone.
