CC REVIVAL?

Has anyone noticed the random influx of new clocks over the past couple years? Are we in the midst of some sort of half-assed comeback? OmG iS iT 20o9 agIan?

There are users who have climbed up the ranks at an alarming rate that would make you think that we were rather dead or a new generation is suddenly spawning right before our very clock eyes. Amongst them (and by that I mean “of those that come to mind”) are

RedBook - Needs no introduction. His contributions to the crew have been consistently growing in terms of quality and popularity on the portal. Probably the only one that still makes drawings for the community on an almost daily basis.

Doggo - Dont know where he came from but I heard he got a daily so props to the guy I guess, I dunno, fuck you.

Me - I didn’t exactly get off to a good start, - what with fucking up the Clockmas 2017 collab and all - but I’ve sort of rebounded by making three movies this year and that’s considered a lot now I guess, I dunno, fuck you.

Switch and Tovlis - Both have barely made a dent. Not that I expect them to. Tovlis participated in the OTHER clockmas collab (Although I don’t see him making anything else ever again both on a clock level or on a flash level in general. Has potential to be a good discord clock though. Switch shows a little more potential and he’s starting to gain more recognition on both the forum and the discord.

Jamba - Already a forum staple and his flash contributions aren’t *too* minimal. He could help us out on Twitter I guess I dunno fuck you.

As well as that, there’s the collab’s. Not including mine/Switch/Tovlis’s wonderfully produced, Emmy award winning movie that you should fiven right now, there’s also the ten second collab, that one everyone does every clock day, and the daily-winning clockmas flash.

I dunno I could be losing my mind but I thought it was worth bringing up.

Look.
I was a fuckin miserable ng user and when I saw who Bluestone joined the clock crew I said "rlly? Is the cc alive??!" and so I decided to join in 2017 but I must say that the forums was really a boring place... whatever, I didnt care.

I tried to revive the crew making little animations with sbc being a hero... banana lock gets defeated... and some TV parodies like Annoying Orange,etc but before I was on the forums... I signed in the original clockcrew.cc and the posts were really confusing for me lol and when it was taken down the site I said "well... now what I do?"

So, when Clockday 2017 arrived i tried my best but I still saw that there wasnt the enthusiasm... I was thinking that the clock crew will die.
At 2018 was a "nice" year for me in the crew I made more animations and as the NG users saw it, they thinked that the CLOCKCREW was coming back, so on Discord new member clocks joined like BlockClock, Oatmeal and UFOClock.
        OatmealClock- is a cool guy who animated
         The Ballad of BB10 Part 3.
        UFOClock- even if made a group called
     "Fedora Gang", he made some nice animations.
     BlockClock-I met Block Clock when he
     uploaded his clock at the art portal. His clock
     avatar is a character from BattleBlock Theater.
     He doesnt know how to animate so he told me
     to animate his clockday 2018 flash...

At 2019 the clock crew was... YES. Coming back, we got new members like CrackClock, Wafer, Doggo Dora Clock and Switch Clock! also, we made 3 collabs like Shuffle the Flash, The 10 seconds colab part 3, Doggo's clocktober collab and... The Clockmas2019 Collab! and this Clockday was great  because some clocks that I thought who will never return, animated a flash! Wow!!!1

Doggo, Redbook, and Switch all deserve props for coming out of nowhere with a ton of creative ambition and knocking out some quality flash and games. It’s very exciting to have young blood come into the fold even if it does make me feel very old.

I will echo Rob's sentiments that we are excited to have energetic new members who are eager to contribute to the CC legacy.

I would highly suggest you practice some humility here, though. It takes more than a couple of participation trophies to establish yourselves as true clocks.

Woah slow down I never saw us as being “true clocks”. I’m simply pointing out the new ones and their strengths. I was a little too pussy to call out the weaknesses cause at the end of the day I’m the dumbass that chose to go all ghetto and use pen and paper.

I'm just saying I've been doing this a while and have a pretty recognizable character, and I still feel like a newb working with some of these guys. Even I wouldn't dare to tell someone like Grey or Renegade that I'm here to pull him from the pit of obscurity. These guys are legends.
