The story was bad. Samus went from "silent protagonist" to "why won't she shut up." I personally think the gameplay was pretty good though. It at least redeemed the game from the awful story.

It doesn't even remotely match up to the Metroid Prime series, which is why people act like its the worst thing ever. The series had set the bar pretty damn high before it. Taken on its own merits though, it's a good game with a bad story.

I actually got it last week then beat it. First time I played a Layton game, and I just loved it! Wonderful, story line, and the ending couldn't have been better.

Yeah, when you have a series that has a low-point like Other M, you've got a damn good series of games.

Other M is just the Bioshock 2 to Metroid Prime's Bioshock.

+Chivalry: Medieval Warfare

these are the only two games from the steam sale that I have put any time into. Chivalry is fun but the user base is awful. I got booted from my first match because I killed somebody and they got mad. This has never happened to me before. Tomb Raider is fun but the second half of the game is dragging on forever now that the emphasis is on action instead of stealth and the story has changed direction and tone pretty suddenly.

aso I just want to take the time to tell everyone here how awesome Sleeping Dogs is it is amazing and I love it
