Pirates of the Caribbean 2, for sure.

Also The Fountain is ferociously underrated which led me to believe it wasn't as good as I hoped it was, thus I never saw it. Thanks for reassuring me guys!!

Because SOAP just so happens to actually be the GREATEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME

Slurpee

The Covenant got a 3% on Rotten Tomatoes.
This is roughly 3*∞ too high.

I never saw Crash, but it couldn't possibly have been so bad that a single positive review would upset review accuracy into mathematical impossibility.

AvocadoClock

I liked Crash. I wish Brokeback Mountain won Best Picture though. Would've been a nice statement.

And I heard The Fountain was odd/didn't make sense from a friend.
But I'll atleast have to see it on DVD. It's Darron Aronofsky.

Pirates 2... what the hell was that? :|
Hopefully the third makes up for it.

sorry to say this, as it always sounds lame when someone does, but your friend probably didn't 'get' it or something, because it's not a terribly difficult movie
BAN EVERYBODY

I don't see what everyone's problem with Pirates of the Caribbean was. I thought it was pretty rad.

I gave the movie the benefit of the doubt so that's what I figured.
She didn't mean it in a bad way though.
Guess I'll wait and see. Too bad nobody else really wants to see it with me. :/

Yeah me too. Maybe it's because I wasn't expecting greatness, but I was thoroughly entertained!

If they cut the whole cannibal thing, then yeah, it would've been much better.

StrangeClock

I didn't mind it, but I never got why Jack looks all "Eureka!" when he sees the pile of coconuts. Then he pops one and throws it in someone's face and gets pelted with fruit and I'm just waiting for all this to somehow turn out to be an escape plan.

Yeah I could never figure that bit out. And then he goes "WAIT!" and they stop and feel a bit silly for acting like kids or something and Jack's got all fruit all over him. I guess they did it for that shot (which I didn't think was a very good one fmrmfmr) and so that they could do the bit afterwards where he falls through the bridge and and the fruit gets pulled off his stick and falls around him, but they never really explain why it happened in the context of the film eh eh. I vote that Jack was really high.

The canibals bit was necessary to make Pirates of the Caribbean even more like Monkey Island.

The reason why a lot of people didn't like it because it was long as hell and all it did was set up for the third movie.  I still liked it though.

SensuClock

It was defiantly Pirates of the Caribbean, I draw this conclusion from the fact that they advertised saying "You have seen it once, NOW GO SEE IT AGAIN!"

Also, whats wrong with crash?

AvocadoClock

Quote from: Wang;652535and Jack's got all fruit all over him.

Yeah, none of that made any sense what so ever. Realism went out the window. (Yeah it's Pirates, but that's just ridiculous) Running around with fruit on a stick? What the hell happened to the movie there? I was really thinking wtf in my mind the whole time that was going on.
