Movie-based awards of CCs make sense, but awarding CCs solely for that reason isn't really fair to our lazier community members...

Posting-based CCs would have to be rethought to prevent a sudden outburst of shitty posts and CC-whoring. I don't want the Clock Crew to turn into Gaia.

Arcade-game-based CCs would work, except you wouldn't really be contributing to the community at all by playing arcade games... it'd be rewarding people for doing nothing.

I'd support CCs if some think tank could devise a reasonable method of distribution.

Listen the clock crew doesn't need to be number one on a fan-net contest. Even if that were the case we're hosted on Newgrounds anyhow. So wouldn't that pretty much be us stroking our own cock? The last thing we need is some ridiculous time consuming gaming system that some asshole is going to exploit and ruin for everyone. And why not after all it happens to good ideas too. Like the library for an example. Either way this kind of distracting bullshit is pretty much just us shitting in our own lawns.

To the clockfriends, the idea of wanting to "buy off" your clockification really just makes me sick. In your own heads you are either a clock or you're not. An addition to your name isn't going to prove that. It's really just a technicality in the system. We created that system to instill a certain sense of value as to what it means to be a clock. Granted we also use it to keep people who would rather turn this place into a playground out. If you would rather go play a fucking video game rather than make a flash movie, spread the good word, or simply do something good for your fellow clock then you can go and get out of here and try and get the high score in Pong or something. Clockification shouldn't just be bought off.

And as for the clocks I'm surprised at you. You would rather set up a pretty much useless game system rather than think of ideas to make things better. Maybe worry about things like a mentoring system that actually works, developing flash academy, or even doing something as simple as actually completing the part in the collab you said you would have instead of jerking off to nazi porn.
