Does a FREE piece of software that both converts and burns dvd-player-watchable DVDs exist? Thanks

I don't know what you mean by converting, but ImgBurn is a great piece of free software to have.

thanks! I've been using WinAvi to convert to .vob files but it doesn't burn DVDs so they can be read in a DVD player. ImgBurn works well.
