I like the interpretation from them, I like finding the meaning in games books, and movies so it makes sense to me even if it is just a random coincidence.

PoltergeistClock... and the dirt is gone!

Quote from: PoltergeistClock[/I][/B]It’s an interesting theory, but allow me to make my mark as one of the biggest nerds in all of the Clockcrew. I know it ain’t real to start off with, it’s just something fun I was thinking about. We’ve known Master/Crazy hand represented creative/destructive spirit for a while now, as told by their trophies, and Tabuu represnting series decay is an interesting thought. However, there is one thing that this theory is missing that pokes a great big hole in it: The life badges. The life badges that Dedede made, that brought a select few back to life after Tabuu destroyed them. What brings a series back after it’s been killed? My guess is that the badges represent something along the lines of originality or ingenuity. Hell, those things are what saved Nintendo from death in the first place. This is backed up further by the fact that Dedede is such a carefree character in story mode. What’s weird is WHO is saved by the life badges. Luigi and Ness? Luigi hasn’t had his own game in years, and although Earthbound may be a cult classic, it sold poorly and Ness was all but forgotten until Smash Bros made him famous again. Maybe because both dieing series were saved by originality? Luigi was saved from his previous record (Mario is Missing) by the vacuum, Ness was saved by Smash Bros, and I’ll be willing to bet most people today have only played Earthbound because of Smash.

This is all very complex seeing as the premise behind Smash is a child playing with his toys. Master hand and Crazy hand are meant to represent the hands of the player, which is why we never see the body (this also explains why he was fooling around in the 64 intro). In fact, the symbol that nobody seems to know about that represents smash bros is meant to be the sun, partially obscured by a windowframe in the childs bed room.

Just a few little thoughts I had.

My philosophy is that Master Hand and Crazy Hand are pimp-smackin' hands and Tabuu is the pimp and all the characters iz tha hoes.

Agreed. Especially from Sonic Heroes forward.

Sonic sucks.
Sonic sucked since Sonic 3D for the Genesis.
Seriously, that game was shit.  There were six enemies per level.  Six!

6? That's awful.

But the storylines and characters really went down the pooper starting with the Sonic Adventure games, especially everything after Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.

Yes, only six.
Sonic took some vacation on an island to chill with is bird friends, only to find that Dr. Robotnik put the birds into robots.
So, basically, in each level, there are 6 birds.  You jump on an enemy and get the birds, and then you take them to some floating ring at the top of the level (the whole game was in isometric view) and jump through the ring.  Once all the birds are in the ring, the level is over.  If the birds got hurt or lost, they'd break off from the chain and start fluttering around and you'd have to recollect them.

Oh, that game. I don't think that's when Sonic started sucking, but that game was pretty poopy.

Ya, Sega shouldn't have ruined sonic like that.

Slurpee

The first level of Sonic Adventure 2 was good for the thirty seconds it takes you to get down that hill.
And not counting the opening cut-scene in which Sonic befuddles the military by being really fast off-screen.

TequilaClock

Yeah Sonic Adventure 2 was a great game, face it. Even if it introduced Shadow and I think Rouge too.

This suddenly became a Sonic thread but ok.

I think all the games after it tried to do the exact same as that, but failed miserably.

SA2B was the shit.  Every following Sonic game except Sonic Rush was shit.

He was, after all, in Star Fox: Assault.

I never played SFA but isn't the Star Fox ROB the golden one or is that just ROB64?

Explains everything in the game involving subspace.

seems as if there was a removed scene with Meta Knight and Dedede.

Also things that weren't explained even in that was How and Why Snake got on the Halberd, and How Sonic got into Subspace.
if there were two guys on the moon and one of them killed the other with a rock that'd be pretty fucked up wouldn't it?
