Worldwide Ketchup

So I've had ketchup from various parts of the world, and it all pretty much sucks compared to American style ketchup. I'm not trying to be biased, but ketchup is suppose to have a salty, vinegary taste with a hint of tomatoes. In Germany it tastes like salted tomato paste, and in Kuwait it tastes like tomatoes mixed with sugar. WTF.
