Best GTA Vice City Mod Ever

In the wake of GTA IV coming out, I decided to play some Vice City. I also decided to find an awesome mod for it. I ended up finding the greatest mod for it.

Anyone with Vice City, keep tabs on this mod. Eventually it'll be full conversion, meaning full Hill Valley map, and missions to reflect the trilogy, plus different maps, pedestrians, cars etc. for different time periods. I can't wait.

what does the main character look like?

Just the GTA guy, Tommy. They've only really done a ton of work on the time machines and how to get them as of now, along with some other vehicle design. Their next step is maps.

It does, Biff's car, Marty's truck, the manure truck, and several other cars from the movies are hidden all over the damn place. All I've found so far is Biff's car and the 2015 police car.

The time train appears randomly after you time travel somethimes, I got in it once. Hard as hell to drive on the ground. Hard as hell to land safely after you fly it too.

Not yet. The developers of this have a shitload of half-finished stuff that they're still working on, those included. This basically started as "Dude wouldn't it be awesome if Vice City had deloreans?" and progressively made its way to 'lets make bttf the game'"
