She has really nice handwriting when she wants to. If she wants to make a comic, I say go for it. It's just a matter of if she'd be able to keep it going at a regular pace.

People who make the occasional comic generally don't work well with an enforced schedule.

People also tend to look for funny in comics, although those Pon and Zi or whatever they're called comics did pretty well. It'd be popular with younger girls, like 14 or so.
How old is she?

Whatever sails her boat, making a good webcomic is hard, you need to think of not using generic OH HEY GUYS YOU KNEW SONIC IS IN BRAWL FO SHIZZLE ALSO PENIS as stuff like Ctrl Alt Delete or God Mode.

Sheezy and DeviantArt will lead her to the tops or gather her dozens of friends.

The comic wasn't that great, it needs more subtle yet weirdly violent behavior some-what like a bit like Happy Tree Friends or something. I don't know, I think she has something there but it's not right in how she was going about it.
