I liked the English voice-actors better.  A lot of the Japanese voices sounded the same, and JigglyPuff annoyed me.

My opinion on the game, it doesn't really matter that much, I mean, the voices don't have a big effect on the actual gameplay. You don't see a hundred pedos jump out of bushes and pull Lucas or Ness away in the japanese version, so who cares?

One of the most annoying voice clips in this game, in my opinion, is Lucario's Final Smash in the English version. Not only is it awkwardly worded, but it sounds like it came right out of a bad anime.

Aura? How the in the world does anything with "hadou" translate as "aura"? And furthermore, "behold" as opposed to "watch" would have been about a hundred times less annoying.

Second place goes to "NAO ILL SHO U!!!! ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Third, "Weaklings. The bunch of you." BUNCH. Gosh darnit, do another take, for our sanity's sake.

Fourth, "LANDMASTER"

And fifth, "WHATS THE MATTAR, SCAERD?" Come on, you have to admit, "doushita doushita" sounds a lot cooler in context.

I think that the only characters that have improved voices over the Japanese version are the Pokémon themselves, but the trainer still sounds better in Japanese.

Pit's english voice sucks as well as most pokemon english voices, but the rest are better in english in my opinion. Especially wolf.

He does not say anything when he taunts, all three of his taunts are him doing the old box routine. I kinda forget if he says anything with his final smash, maybe something like "NOW" or "Showtime", but Snake does speak the most in game, both in battle and he is the only one who says anything in SSE (also given all the Codec messages).

Seriously, the english wolf's style and attitude are really cool. I love the way he says "We're gonna have fun with this thang!"

I really like Wolf's voice actor, but it sure was fucking hard for me to adjust from a British Wolf to a cowboy Wolf.  His forward taunt is so fun
