finally got it for my PC, but there's a problem....and before you ask, I dont have bloodmoon or Tribunal, and I have Windows Vista as my operating system, which is probably the root of my problems.

Now, i managed to make a profile, made it to the first little city, and saved...Of course it took me a while to do that because my computer froze up every now and then, but i got advice that it's normal for vista even with the patch they offer at elderscrolls.com , the forum i went to told me to Alt+Tab outta there when it freezes and it worked...now today i wanted to reopen my file and continue, but it won't even let me past the loading screen without freezing. I tried to Alt+Tab but it was so bad that i had to shut it down with task manager....if there's any advice or a link to a patch, please let me know.

Get it for xbox or get Windows XP.

i dont have windows XP, and i cant buy it at the moment. I'm actually borrowing this game from my boyfriend. Since my parents are divorced i have two computers, one at my dad's which is vista, and one at my moms which is a mac.....i've heard you can't really play games on a mac, but if so, should i try it with morrowind?

anyway i wouldn't recommend it for xbox, i played through some of it and the loading time you have to face every time you die will make you want to kill yourself

OK, try running it in 16 bit. If that doesn't work I'm pretty sure nothing will work

unnnng i dont usually set rez's, and i'm a cool kid and use xp BUT

control panel > appearance and themes > change the screen resolution

at this point on xp there's a little box thingy where you can set your entire resolution to 16 bit

if vista's control panel is different somehow google it!
