I just think that the Penguin and Mr. Freeze are a bit too campy for this Batman "Universe," if you will. I'm hoping someone like the riddler.

Now don't get me wrong, I like The Penguin and Mr. Freeze, but they are waaaay cartoony. If they were added, they would be altered like no other.
