Hello everybody.
I've just finished my clockday movie but I've run into a problem. The thing is that in the fla everything is perfectly synced but when I check the swf the music goes out of sync with the animation about halfway through. Anybody got any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Make sure in the properties tab of Flash that your music is set to "Stream" and not "Event".

Thats the odd thing about it, because I've checked and double checked and the music IS set to stream.

This problem is as old as Flash itself.
There is a way to fix it.

The only other time I've experienced this same exact problem was when I made my Odyssey movie. I think the problem I had with that was the fact that I had so many scenes. How many scenes do you have in your movie? If you have a lot, then try pushing 2 or possibly 3 of them into one scene. Just be careful not to mess up your movie in any way.

Try to increase the audio quality in the publish settings.
However, if your music-clip is just too long, there is no way to fix it 100%. So maybe break it down in two (or more) separate clips.

Airhead

Make a 1 sec audioclip with NO sound in it( can be done in an audio editor like Wavepad or Audacity), save it as a .wav or .mp3(i think wav is better idunno) import it to flash and loop it across the WHOLE timeline.

That may help.

EDIT: The option for a silent audioclip is  "Insert silence" in Wavepad, dont know what it's called in Audicity.

Thanks for the help guys. I think I finally managed to fix the problem:)
