Saw II - Not so amazing
Saw III - An improvement over Saw II, was okay
Saw IV - Confusing unnecessary flashbacks, but overall okay. Nice twist ending. May require more than one viewing. I would suggest renting III and IV together.

I'm a fan and it has potential.
It's a Halloween tradition to see it in theatres while all dressed up.
