Dude you got your heat on too high! Cook them at a lower setting, and cover them with some foil. Also, never squish them down to cook them faster. That is the formula for maximum burgage.

I stood there for about 25-30 minutes cooking it on low heat (3/8)
I put sooo much love into my burgers, I stand there and I just watch it cook thinking about how tasty it will be, and I build up love as I watch, love and quiet anticipation. It's all rather poetic.

I make my burgers just the way I like 'em, and I've spent years fine tuning my burger making to get it just the way I want.

Buttplug sounds like he knows how to make a burger, no doubt, but I make mine my own way, and to me there is no better, and that's that! <3

It looks like more than it actually is because I applied the ketchup in droplets, and because of the low angle, but yeah, it's still more than most people would like.

But I say the same thing to everyone: what can I say, I love my sauces.

They're mooi pictures, so they belong in The Darkroom. But they're mooi burgers, so they belong in Turtle Soup. Are the burgers more mooi than the pictures? Can't choose.
