How do you guys do it?!? I've tried everything from uploading direct from my hard drive to hotlinking from Imageshack.  It still resizes all my avatars.

The reason I'm asking is I was going to change my primary username and had seen all these gigantic avatars on everyone (even Clockfans!) and was thinking, "Why just me?!?" (no ToS reference intended).

I remember peeking in the Grinder one day and seeing that some Clockfan had been banned for having a "huge table-breaking avatar."  How could he have gotten that without someone noticing?
