I'm not sure if it's broken or not. I can't test it on Maltese because I have already had him banned from that forum (after a spamming incident). I just banned Blue Zombie and yourself but I recieved the error message:

This user has already been banned from forum "Good Health and Good Living" by "{2]".

It's only for banning users. Forum bans you always have to go through control panel.

I never wanted to mod that forum.
When it was created, Slurpee gave me modship of both. I think it was because they were both being presented in the same thread where I was campaigning for the Sports Forum. Caddy was the one who wanted it, and so caddy was bestowed the honor after the ban he had at the time.
