How do I draw nice-looking clockfaces in flash?

These are all good bits of advice, but when I said "nice-looking clockfaces" I meant those fancy realistic-looking faces that clocks who are good at flash (unlike me) can make.

Get a good sense of how to reflections work? "Nice-looking" typically means gradients and gloss, but I hate that sort of look. Consult those specific people, because none but few will end up going with any one style anyway, at least if the Clock Crew's still got anything good to say for it's self.
