as much as i'd kind of love to land in a MUD that just happened to be full of my kind of people, i guess i'm not inclined to unwind with multiplayer online experiences (or even video games in general, as much as i used to,) because i'm frustrated that i default to wasting time on dumb ass internet shit that doesn't make for a refrigerator drawing or water cooler conversation later. i wanna say it's less about measuring my self worth in productivity and more about feeling as though i'm not acting like the person i want to be

i'm also a little frustrated with myself for spending $$$ on more audio recordings, having only just received several brand new audio recordings in the mail, but as i wasn't particularly planning to do anything else with the money, it does not conflict with my image of "the person i want to be," and i am rewarded with audio recordings every time i do this, it seems unlikely i will break this particular habit anytime soon
