I used to know a blind kid who used a magnifying program. SOME people actually do use them, believe it or not. But I still think 90% of the programs and utilities that come standard with Windows are useless to 100% of people.

I used the magnification program that comes with Ubuntu to watch embedded movies full screened. I might actually get one for XP, lol.
