Actually Facebook does this cache search on your computer. If you look closely, the adverts on the side are very often (not always but often) related to sites you've been recently browsing. This is because they want to advertise the products to the correct target audience. Same thing with this. If you visited the Clock Crew website a lot recently and Facebook picked that up, it'll suggest people that share your interest.

Google does the same thing, it also picks up and stores keywords from your e-mails.
