George Broussard is a game producer and designer known in the PC game community as one of the two creators of the Duke Nukem series (Todd Replogle being the other). [1]
Broussard released his early games under the name Micro F/X.[2] In 1991 Broussard joined forces with Scott Miller as co-owner of Apogee Software and 3D Realms.

This guy clearly deserved the award more then Obama.

However, that said, the reason for Obama's peace prize still holds more importance because they're trying to enforce an idea.
What it is, is an ultimate persuasion. Its saying: Obama, you may not have deserved this, therefore prove to us that you do.

You might view this as a technicality but it is a well defined rule that the actions must have occurred in the preceding year(s). Obama was nominated last year (up to February) and he had not done any peace tours yet. So what did they nominate him for, and why did he get this year when his actions don't qualify per the award rules?
