I'm very proud to announce that i have not played World Of Warcraft for 1 year as of this Sunday.

Actually I don't want to play it anymore. I got a guy to like halfway through burning crusade and was like "k i've had just about enough of this" and haven't looked back since. I'd rather buy other shit with the money anyway. Do you know any way I could sell my gold (I have like 2000 or 3000 gold or something) and cd keys?

I had the best gear of any warrior in my battlegroup for 3 weeks when Season 5 or 4 or whatever Deadly Gladiator was.

Then I didn't care anymore because they're raping the lore which is the one thing I care about and grinding just isn't very attractive.

Also anyone with any brains have come to realise that blizzard is intentionally making one class OP and others shitty in a cycle to not make the game dull.
I refuse to believe some of their dumbest choices were not intentionall (like engineer boots giving sprint etc. when any idiot can see how that will go wrong)

I did find some entertainment from it, but the main part why i can't play it is because my computer is a piece of shit. So really i just don't play it because i have no friends to play it with, and my computer can't handle it.

That's a suprise and a letdown. I actually wanted a Star Craft mmo, I never experienced the whole Star Craft wave (I was a year in Saudi Arabia).

I would have loved to experience that through a good game, because even though WoW has turned into a virtual drug bent on keeping people playing for as long as possible through grinding etc. it was not always built like that.

It WAS and still in many ways IS a great game, christ I played it for 6 years.

well you kinda need friends who also play to get into an mmo. i don't think people play maple story for the gameplay. if they do theyre fucked up.

Starcraft MMO? I rather see what new Universe they will unveil, rather then just lazily make another MMO based on an already active series.

World of Warcraft was in my opinion the best game I have ever played when it was first released. The expansions ruined the game by changing it; obviously a good strategy of Blizzard as they are obviously juicing the game before it gets too old. That way they'll have more funds for future projects.
