His suit is a bit high.  You could lower how high up his suit reaches (halfway might be good).  Then you could try moving the clock down a couple inches.  Also, you could try making Golden a bit wider.

Golden doesn't smoke.  The bar needs more shading. It needs a lower suit, and a more solid lighting. (most folks start from the upper left as the lightest part for some reason)

I dont like the color of Golden himself. Maybe make it darker and as Absinthe suggested add some shading
