So, I'm taking the Math B Regents tomorrow (I live in New York) for the third time. You see, I need to pass this regents exam or else I can't get an advanced regents diploma. Now, I already got accepted into my number one choice college and I have a scholarship to pay 60% tuition. Do I honestly need this advanced regents diploma to move on in life? My mom's a dick and she said that all other diploma's were made for I'm a edgy teen kids to get into community college. So, will I forever be shunned by society for not passing my math B and not getting an advanced regents diploma? Or can I tell my mom to fuck off?

This isn't as true as it used to be. More companies than ever want to see a certificate showing you know what you say you know. In this way you need a diploma to get a lot of that experience.
