Hey guys. I know i have been away for awhile, because i've been working on some big things. Frankly, I need the power of a large internet organization- 30 seconds from each one of you. A few of my friends and I are in the process of starting a non-profit business aimed at using recyled computer parts to build uninterruptible Power Supplies  for medical equipment in the developing world.  While in Tanzania this past summer, I was able to build an initial prototype and since have been improving upon it.  This is one of many efforts to raise capital to get the business off the ground.

I need your help- the aid of a large internet organization- for the mere masses. We registered late and need a few hundred votes within four days or so. If everybody who reads this could vote it would be great. (If you think it is a good idea as well, clearly)
 
One of the fundraising avenues we are pursuing is the Dell Social Innovation Competition, a prize awarded to a business idea that tackles a significant social problem. In order to move on to the preliminary round, we need your help!  Voting is easy, and takes less than 30 seconds. It's be sweet if you vote, and is actually for a good cause. The process:

2. Register to vote. There is no validation email to register.
3. In the top right corner search for "Waste to Watts"
4. Click "Promote"
 
It is as easy as that.  It takes approximately 30 seconds and voting closes March 1st.
