The 2 cofounders of the company are fired by IW, Activision locks down the offices, employees claiming Activision has not paid any royalties to IW for the $1 billion they pulled in for Modern Warfare 2, IW's contract is about to expire and they may have been in talks to publish the series with another publisher.

Cod 3 was pretty bad, but I really like Cod 4 and Modern Warfare 2. World at War wasn't nearly the bad game people made it out to be either.

I have no problem with ww2 games as long as they're done well.

I had that weird glitch in WaW where things would speed up at random intervals. That was annoying, especially during the sniper mission, when the general turned into a fucking Olympic sprinter.

Plus the tank mission gave you a flamethrower. Pretty neat, but i didn't think it was as useful as the auto-firing MG in the previous games. At least it was one less thing to worry about.


But still, fucking EA.
