I think you're supposed to open it, export it, and send it to clam. I'm not exactly sure how the menu shell worked so I could be wrong.

Just for future reference.

I normally always use frogbag, cept that the file was 19.4MB and the max on frogbag is 10MB, I thought that the limit on NG dump was the same but I just checked and apparently I was wrong so I'll use that next time.
