Have Clamskin v2 override all other themes

[screwdriver_clock]

I honestly can't stand right now going to the gas chamber or spam forum because of the skin change. The autoplay in the gas chamber is fine, it's just I'm already spoiled to the clean look of clamskin that anything else feels cluttered and dull. FIX THIS CLAM.

The gas chamber I can see, but why shouldn't the spam forum?

If no one wants to go to the spam forum then the spam threads will just end up in the general forum or wherever else.
