i guess things didn't go as smoothly between vriska and tavros as initially thought? i mean after that failed kiss scene, they were doing some adventurin' for a while, seemed to be getting alone just fine there.

Again, I am still confused. It is obvious that Jackerel (... Jackal? that would fit great) is the villain here, but he is yet another cog on this whole paradoxical cycle. If Vriska knew that John was going to be killed, and she also schemed the birth of Bec, could it also mean that he is following a plan as well?

oh god just call him what the characters in the story call him: jack. it's pretty annoying hearing all the I'm a edgy teen fan variations of him, like bequerel noirlecrow and all that dumb shit.

and as from jacks perspective, he's just doing his own thing. sure, he might have some omnipitance here and there, but jack's an element that doesn't give a fuck or not about what rules he breaks, unlike the black/white queen/king's.
