The purpose of this thread is to just discuss what we've been listening to lately, ask for recommendations, gloat over how your taste is superiour to others, etc. I might make a thread like this for each subforum because conversation on the bbs has been really slack lately and I feel like topics such as these would probably work better than individual threads.

So lately I've been on the hunt for new music, I'm really enjoying LCD Soundsystem and Dan Deacon right now. I can't believe i slept on LCDSS this long because they really are great and right up my alley, I also just got the new Janelle Monae album and i gotta say I'm really impressed with that as well.

VuBawlsClock

Does anyone know a good song with the main words as balls? No homo but i need a song for my Bawls flash.

(User was banned for this post; Reason: use the "musics forum biggest topic" for requests such as this, also there has already been a bawls clock i will gladly change your name when you're off your chill pill)
Fuck Steven Universe

Topcatyo

I'm always looking for some music as well, but then again, who isn't?

As for right now I've had a couple Black Moth Super Rainbow songs stuck in my head so I've been listening to them to get them out.

I've also been giving the discography of The Prodigy a listen.

AC Slater

Dan Deacon is pretty good. I only have his one CD Bromst though (I don't know if that's his only one).

As for what I've been listening to lately, mainly anything acoustic. Alexi Murdoch, Slow Club, Lightspeed Champion, Matt Costa, The Dodos, and Catpower.

AbsintheClock

Lately I've been listening to this guy named Bob Log III. He's this one man band that bounces the audience on his knee, and tells them to put their boobs in his scotch. This is probably the greatest gimmick I've seen since KISS.

Kaijuclock

Steve Aoki, The Bloody Beetroots, & The Toxic Avenger. It all goes right along side my Boys Noize collection. Oh and lots of Dr. Steel!

peyoteclock

oh god thirstin howl III is so fucking dope.

TapedeckClock

It's not. I don't know if I have all of them, but I have these so they obviously exist:

Acorn Master
Bromst
Goose on the Loose
A Green Cobra is Awesome vs. the Sun
Meetle Mice
Porky Pig EP
Silly Hat vs. Egale Hat
Spiderman of the Rings
Twacky Cats EP

My favorite is definitely Spiderman of the Rings.
A WHOLE LOTTA FRIES

Quote from: FLOUNDERINYOBUTT;1837615I think Kodiak is the only person on  this entire website who dislikes Slurpee. I still dont understand how  thats possible. He\'s so loveable and funny. Every guy wants to be his  friend and every girl wants to date him. Understandably Slurpee is not a  very happy person.

SilverCherryClock

hey peyote i dunno if youre still into hip hop or not but heres a cool rap group from seattle called shabazz palaces that i really like
