A failure rate that high is not even in the same universe as a "bug", it's called a "shitty product".

I'm not trying to troll XBox fans here, I've played really cool games on it at a friend's house but seriously, the way these things break is just ridiculous. I don't know anyone with an Xbox that hasn't had to have it repaired. On the other hand I know a lot of people with Wiis and I'm the only one that has ever had to get a new one, and the problem was a faulty disk drive which was a problem it had since day 1.

to play games on the xbox you basically are putting a fragile 50 dollar  optical disc into a box of whirring mechanical parts

i never had a problem with my xbox 360 so far. apart from the fact that the hdmi doesn't seem to work with my tv. other than that no complaints

Wait, guys, why are we calling it a new technology?  The 360 has been out since 2006.  It's not new technology, it's technology that should have been improved.

Still, it's odd they haven't fixed these problems by now.  They really must've been abusing that shit or whatever.
