I think it'd do you good to go back to school and take a course on reading comprehension, but that's none of my business so I'll just say what's already been said.

Sunglasses effectively became the "Permabanned" user in this contest. Initially it was planned to not actually permaban anyone, however Sunglasses decided to not only complain and incite arguments on the forums, but in the CC Blast chats as well. While his ban wasn't effectively due to the contest, we used it as a buffer so we wouldn't have to worry about banning anyone else permenantly.

Everything clear now?
