Couldn't finish because I lost my light. Light leaking in from covered window and light from computer monitor. Little ambient light.

It's difficult to critique given that I don't know what cleanup you'd intended, so I'm just going on what's evident now.

The thumbnail seems much too short, and the red fleshy part makes it look like you've lost half of it. I really hope that's not the case because that would be really painful. :/

At this scale, either the highlights and shadows need to be less extreme, or there needs to be more blending. I'd really like to see what it would've looked like finished.

Anatomy, perspective, any incongruities in the lighting... but don't filter what you see, I'll do that part.

I think the thumbnail's shortness was from the skin color breaking the nail plate off from the end of it. Unless you mean not far back enough. I tried filling in a better nail, though again the light is over so I can't really shade it properly. I was planning on more blending, but ultimately I don't know if the colors would stay quite so extreme. I just picked what I thought was right for what I saw.
