I'll admit the "Cloud Cuckooland character in super serious situations" is a really overused archetype, especially in webcomics, but the artwork is enough to keep me reading.

I saw a guy dressed up like the main person from that comic, complete with the cup, at Emerald City Comicon. I didn't go up and talk to him though because I couldn't remember the comic name and thought saying "nice costume of that retard from the comic that ripped off Gone with the Blast Wave" might be a bit insulting


anyway Gone with the Blastwave is way better in just about every way. It's funnier and doesn't rely on a boring character archetype for its main character since it doesn't really have a main character.
