Hey, it's like I said; I'm not sure how or what you did, but you pulled me out of a rut. I haven't made real pieces since probably last September, maybe longer. Honestly, it may have been when you made that silly faux-movie poster.

Also, there is more to come, not only of Insomnia, but of a few other characters for a comic of the same name as the title of This thread.

I am working on another piece right now, but this one is conceptually more complex and features many more cameos. I may or may not be finished with it tonight, but you won't be disappointed with the wait, I can promise.

I really, really appreciate all of this positive feedback. It means a lot to me that you guys like my work, not only because I like to think my work is actually good enough to have fans, but also because I am a bit of an attention whore when it comes to my art. I literally hang off of your guys words, waiting for responses when I post my pieces. Kind of pathetic, huh?

Anyway, at first I wasn't sure if I actually wanted to do a comic for this or not. I was inclined to just make this a mock teaser and not go anywhere with it, but since I have some really swell ideas story wise and since most of the responses from you guys seem eager to see an actual series, I've decided that I'll give it a go.

Also, Blob, I had drawn you into the page before you had even asked, so when you asked if you were in there I thought it quite the funny coincidence. You're my buddy, lil' guy!

So I'm going to be using 11x17 Bristol paper for this. Yeah, legit comicing paper. The only thing is my scanner is way too small to scan it, but working on bigger paper will allow for greater detail and less size constraint, so it's worth taking picture of my work instead of scanning. I have a high quality camera so things should work out fine.

I appreciate this comment, and at the same time I have equivalent feelings whenever I see all of you post a flash of even slight quality. All of my thought process is in moving ideas, things that I am experiencing in real time, but I can never convey that through paper. I can only allow you guys to see the insanity in my head through a stationary means because I do not have the capacity to draw animations. I envy the animation skills you have.
