3 days times 20 people equals 60 days or August 13th leaving two days to compile.

Should we cut the time frame to 48 hours per part? Or just count on some people moving faster than 3 days (Rob animates faster than the average, for instance)

If you have an early part, finish the animation as soon as you can and if you want to refine do that afterwards.

Around one minute or under. Not too short, but the last thing we need is 20 3 minute parts each convuluting the story as much as possible to make their part relevant.

Yeah, I was leaning more towards this. Assuming that the format goes easier in being smaller and having less people, and being more strict about people submitting their things in the right format, compiling it should be a cake walk.

I'll do my best but I tell ya I tend to overcomplicate the animation and fixate on details so the first draft might end up being reeeeeally choppy (i.e. actually have some storyboard frames that are set to sound but not fully animated yet if I'm doing any fbf)

I'm announcing now that I'll be out of town in the last two weeks of July, like 18th to 28th. If it seems like my part will come up in that time, would it be cool if I swapped spots with someone?

if someone in the first 10 spots offers to trade but doesnt want the pressure of being the penultimate part, we could do a 3 way switch with the 12 spot going to the end (giving us a double pro finale), you going before 10 and they going to 12.

 I read that three times before it sunk in.

I will give CRC 5th and take the 19th spot if you guys feel I'm worthy. Or 12 if majority prefers we do the whole double pro ending thing.
