To be noted: working with this file is going to be a major pain in the ass. It's 300MB in size and it buffers for about 2 minutes every time you try to save, never even mind exporting.

It may be wiser and easier to use the fla list that polyhedron provided a few pages back for individual subtitling. Putting the subtitles for each movie in their own movie clip and then importing it into the master fla would probably make ctrl+s quicker and easier for you.
