That's true on all servers, including private servers.  That's why I play both sides, although my highest char is a draenei Pally but he's not much higher than my BE mage.

The first Tales game I played was Tales of Symphonia for the GC and I've been waiting for another console Tales game!  Tales of the World for the PSP isn't half bad but it's a lot less structured story-wise.

Tetris is awesome, Metroid Prime Hunters does, and Super Mario 64 DS also has a 4 player download play mode.  Those are the best ones i can think of.

Well Ganondorf's boar form is suposed to be what he becomes when he taps into the power of the Triforce of Power like how the Triforce of Courage lets it's posessor stop time(at least in Phantom hourglass).

I don't think that the Ganondorf in each Zelda game is always the same guy becaused in Zelda 2: Link's Adventure Ganondorf was dead from the first game and his minions were trying to resurect him but link stops them from doing it.  Therefore, Ganondorf might not always be the same guy just like Link and Zelda usually aren't.

That is perhaps the most awesome mod, for any game, I have ever seen.  Unless there is a SBC mod.

I have had my 360 for almost 2 years and I bought it used off of eBay.  It has never had any problems and i got it before the Red Ring epidemic started.  I think it doesn't matter if it was used, what probably matters is when it was made.
