Though, if I lost an arm, I'd prefer something more along the lines of "I, Robot" or "Starship Troopers" replacement. Kind of as a compensation for all that pain. It would be awesome to have an arm that could rip through walls rather than another fleshy vulnerable human arm.

in volume 5 of Kyle and Yost's New X-men  Anole got his arm cut off it came back like three times as big and strong and with claws it was pretty cool
