I think the update only covers the medic so far.

I'm going to assume that there will be a flood of medics.
Also we should have a CC game, i still don't have that FriendsLikeThese achievement. Nor do i have that one where you need to get healed by an enemy medic... and with said medic rush now may be a good idea to fix that.

Play on a Goldrush server, there's literally 8 medics, and three other units.
