Eh, First Try at a new .fla?  Comments And Suggestions please.

Well it is basically the logo which is a-ok as I can't fin extra details to add. I would suggest to try making a standard round clock, not sure of your style tho. Nice lookin'

I don't like it. Jazz it up and make it less simple.

It's clean and symmetrical, so kudos on that. I'm sure there's more you can do to bring it to life, though. Maybe add some gloss or detailing to it and try to inject more character into the clock face, if you please.

You could probably experiment with a little gloss and shade to give it a glasslike look, which would be cool on this I think. If you don't know what gloss is, I recommend looking it up.

i thought it looked kind of cool, but would be really tough to make expressions with that thing

I like the asterisk-clock.

Never use gloss ever. Try filling in the wedges on the new clock face with dark gray triangles, so that it looks like the clock it's self is hexadecagonal in shape with the logo shape embedded. Also try drawing the hands and numbers with a small brush instead of lines, and make the body more saturated. Screw the people who think it's too simple, simplicity in design is perfection, your character is a logo, and good logos have nothing to do with anything if not design. So, the rest of your avatar should follow suit.

It's a matter of my opinion that gloss is ugly and gaudy. I would find it acceptable iff the material being drawn is a glossy thing, like pearls. But then I hate the look of pearls, too.
