i don't really remember my first but i had a fun one today, i pulled my gun on a guy in a car to jack it and instead of getting out and running he just sat there so i put one shot clean in his dome piece, he floored the gas and smashed into me, i bumped all over his windshield and the road for about 10-15 feet before it finally rolled on over top of me, my was i twisted and mangled after that one.

A fix for the Xbox 360 version hasn't been released yet.
The fix seems like a complete pain in the ass, though, so I wouldn't suggest doing it unless completely necessary.
