I've played it for five minutes and I can confirm that there is a Biggs in maplestory.

I can also tell you it's an NPC running a gaybar on the noob island where you have to choose between grinding snails for hours on end or try to beat rediculously overpowering bigger enemies in hopes of leveling faster. That's when I gave up.
