I don't think so. You can tell that the speaker is Japanese, especially because the text on the screen in the background is mostly Japanese. And the gratuitous Engrish. A couple examples that stood out were the lack of pluralization in "boss," and also the usage of "realize" and "ubiquitous" in a strange and informal sense.

If you've ever heard Japanese people try to imitate an American accent, it kind of sounds sarcastic. Sort of like Ken from Street Fighter.

I also like how he's really vague on some things, like "from the series," Even the text is vague at points, like "recreate those famous scenes."

God forbid he fail this many times to still make something shitty, but it could mean that this is version 10, or VX.

I remember using maker 1. Made a 2 gig Chrono Trigger/ Cross sequel with original music that is similar to something Mitsuda would make. Fun, long, and good storyline from what my close and distant friends said.
