I'm actually very pleased with how it turned out but I suppose you're right - for a true Hockney photo collage there should probably be more images. Though I think in not showing the whole scene - only parts of interest - I've still retained the basic ideology of the technique.

I posted the image on a German photo website and I got a bunch of comments by condescending germans who thought I was just completely I'm a edgy teen at making a seamless panorama. Hehe.

also you dont have to show the whole scene just add more pictures to the already existing field of view.

I think leek's is perfect. It shows the girl's eyes moving across the horizon to the castle.
Which is something like hockey would do - He doesn't always do landscapes he oftern covers events as well.
