It was never very effective to begin with. Chaos is the natural state of everything in the universe. It cannot be suppressed by any institution or doctrine. Order is a delusion of mankind.

As far as an actual answer goes, though, there's no such thing. Can't prove a negative. For that matter you can't prove that there is because God is an incredibly vague qualification.
